1 Eligibility and Account Registration

7 Account Suspension and Termination

7.1 Company Right to Terminate

718pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, breach of payment obligations, abusive behavior, or at our sole discretion without providing specific reasons. Upon termination, all promotional funds, bonuses, and associated winnings will be forfeited. Legitimately won funds from real money deposits may be withdrawn subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.

7.2 Self-Exclusion and Account Closure

Players may request account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting customer support. If negotiation fails within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue available legal remedies. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 718pub. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity only.

9 Miscellaneous Provisions

9.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
